Thank you to all my regular clients for turning up to my classes during the past year, I have really enjoyed teaching you working in my own studio. I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and I look forward to seeing you next year. I also look forward to meeting new clients.

This year I have been lucky enough to attend 2 workshops with Marja Putkisto, one in Turkey and one in Rokua (close to the Arctic circle). The workshops are an amazing way to spend a week and a great chance to get to know yourself and your body. There will be at least 2 workshops in Turkey this year and one in Rokua, anyone who is interested have a look at the website: www.methodputkisto.com

I have a beginner workshop planned in January so if any of you have any friends or colleagues that you think may be interested please pass the information on.

I have also planned a skiers workshop in March, a little late for those going during half term but just in time for anyone going over Easter. It will focus on lower limb strength and flexibility, and rotation of the upper body, improving your balance and co ordination.
