Method Putkisto (visit their website) is an innovative, precise exercise method of deep stretching, deep strengthening and deep breathing, enabling you to achieve in-depth improvements in your body shape for a leaner, trimmer body. By correcting any misalignment in your body your posture and flexibility will improve.

Method Putkisto is complimentary to Pilates, Yoga and the Alexander Technique. You will feel the benefits of the Method after one session, and by following a course, the effects will become permanent, lifting you to a new and better posture.

HOW DO I START

Potential new clients will be invited to join a workshop or to have an individual session to experience Method Putkisto. Then  once the individual goals have been discussed the client can either carry on with individual lessons or join into a group session.
