A highly specialised, gentle therapy designed to release tension, restore balance, and support the health of the jaw, face, and whole body. This treatment combines external facial massage, advanced fascial techniques, and precise intra-oral soft tissue work to address deep-seated tension patterns and dysfunction.
Treatment is supported by corrective facial and postural exercises, breathing techniques, and lymphatic support to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, enhance neuromuscular coordination, and promote long-term functional stability of the jaw, neck, and craniofacial system.

More than a facial, this is a therapeutic treatment designed to restore harmony, revitalise, to the face naturally. Every session is completely bespoke, combining advanced facial massage with holistic techniques to sculpt, lift, release tension, and encourage healthy, radiant skin.
Working with the facial muscles, fascia, and lymphatic system, your treatment may include buccal massage, guasha, myofascial release, acupressure, scalp massage, and soothing neck and shoulder work. These techniques help define facial contours, soften expression lines, reduce puffiness, ease jaw tension, and stimulate circulation for a naturally refreshed, glowing complexion.
Beyond the visible benefits, this deeply nurturing treatment calms the nervous system and creates space for true relaxation, leaving you feeling lighter, brighter, and renewed from the inside out.

Bespoke holistic massage therapy that blends therapeutic and remedial bodywork with intuitive, nurturing care. Every treatment is individually tailored to relieve pain, reduce stress, restore balance, and support your physical, emotional, and overall wellbeing.
Whether you arrive feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, in pain, or simply in need of time for yourself, your massage is designed to leave you feeling lighter, grounded, restored, and more connected to yourself.

Restorative Yoga is a deeply nourishing practice designed to invite the body into rest, regulation, and renewal. Blending elements of restorative and yin yoga, each session offers spaciousness to soften, slow down, and gently unwind layers of physical and emotional tension.
Supported by props and long-held, comfortable postures, you'll be invited to settle into stillness, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to return to its natural state of balance. Some sessions may also weave in Yoga Nidra, offering space for deeper integration, rest, and inner connection.
Rather than striving or achieving, this is an invitation to simply be, to listen, receive, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom that lives within.

I believe in ageing gracefully and naturally, using non-invasive practices that nourish the face, body, mind, and soul. There is something deeply profound about learning to touch our own faces with love, presence, and acceptance, reconnecting with ourselves through conscious self-care.
Face yoga is both strengthening and releasing. It activates underused muscles, softens overused ones, and gently unwinds held tension. Beyond the physical, it also stimulates and communicates with the body’s internal systems, as different areas of the face are connected to specific organs and energetic pathways. This creates not just visible change, but a deeper sense of balance, vitality, and wellbeing throughout the whole body.

A traditional East Asian therapeutic technique using smooth crystal tools to release muscular and fascial tension, support lymphatic drainage, and stimulate circulation. This deeply calming yet effective treatment encourages natural radiance, reduces stagnation, and restores healthy flow throughout the face and body.
Gua Sha gently lifts and sculpts the tissues while promoting detoxification, relaxation, and structural balance, creating both visible rejuvenation and internal harmony.

Sound tuning forks are a beautiful compliment to the one -one sessions and also as a stand alone treatment. The specific sound frequencies work on the nervous system, the tissues and the more subtle energies of the body

“Lynn. Thanks for class last night. My back feels great today. You're amazing Lynn always thinking of new things but also listening to us and our bodies. So thank you!”
bryonyI work in quite a physical environment so I saw Lynn last week for what I can only describe as an amazing treatment on my back, neck head and face… “Holistic Face, jaw & body therapy” 4 days on and I’m still feeling the benefits. I feel so much more mobile and relaxed… it’s been tremendous. Highly recommend!!
nicky“I am thrilled by the transformative effect of doing Facial Yoga with Lynn Rae. This unique and revolutionary approach to a natural face lift has to be experienced to be believed. Make this best kept secret a gift to yourself.”
AnnieAfter more than two years of nerve pain, following a dental procedure and having had all sorts of tests where nothing could be found I came to see Lynn after a friend gave me information on her practice. The advice Lynn gave me about the correct positioning of the tongue, and exercises to practice at home have helped enormously. I am much more mindful about my jaw and tongue position and am virtually pain free. Thank you so much Lynn.
JULIEThank you Lynn for the session today, I felt amazing afterwards. There was so much to take away from the whole experience and your in-depth knowledge was truly amazing. I would recommend this to every woman not only to help with their physical appearance but also to connect and feel more empowered with themselves. Was very powerful, thank you again
LOUISE'Session with Lynn was a revelation for me! I have learned so much about how to do with my face muscles to remove unnecessary lines and prevent others from appearing. Even after one session my whole body felt so deep relaxed and my face looked more youthful and glowing. Lynn's methodology is perfect for me, as I love natural way of living.
I can't wait to learn more and make it part of my daily self care routine to make sure I look and feel good for the rest of my life...
GosiaAs an experienced clinical physiotherapist, I treat many patients with spinal and facial pain. I have found the work that Lynn does incredibly helpful in managing symptoms that physiotherapy alone has been unable to treat. Patients following whiplash, postural pain and sports injuries have all benefited from her input.
On a personal level following a head injury in an RTA I sustained as a child, I have had a history of TMJ hyper-mobility and clicking. Three treatments with Lynn significantly changed symptoms I have had for 25 years!! I have no hesitation in referring patients to Lynn or recommending her specialised treatments.
